KEEP THE GAME MOVING
Support
ScoreboardWTF is designed to work without setup. If something gets in the way, these checks solve the most common issues.
Effective August 29, 2026
Mobile scoring works offline
You do not need an account, TV, or internet connection. Open the mobile app, choose a template or custom scoreboard, add competitors, and start. Your unfinished match is saved locally so you can continue after reopening the app.
Pair a TV
- Open ScoreboardWTF TV and wait for its QR code and pairing code.
- Start or open a match on your phone.
- Choose Add Display, then scan the QR code or enter the displayed code.
- Keep both devices online while using connected mode.
Camera access is optional; typing the pairing code works without it.
If the TV disconnects
Check that both devices have internet access, then choose Try Again or Pair Again on the TV. The Core service remains authoritative and the TV requests a fresh snapshot after reconnecting. If a pairing code has expired, generate a new one.
Scores, history, and deletion
Use Undo for the latest supported scoring action. Saved match history can be deleted individually or cleared from the mobile app. Connected match records expire automatically after seven days. For a privacy request about connected data that has not expired, include the relevant match details available on your device.
